Sidetracked is available for group bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please speak to our centre Manager - Mark Naumann if you require a booking outside of our normal hours.
Wherever possible, please phone Sidetracked during booking hours (Mon-Fri 10.00am - 6.00pm) and speak to a booking coordinator who will be happy to assist you. A 25% deposit is required at the time of making your booking. We regret we are unable to 'hold' or 'reserve' times. (see Cancellations below)
All catering details should be finalised 7 days prior to booking date. Please advise your booking coordinator if there are any special menu items needed eg: vegetarian, kosher etc.
All bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 4 days prior to the booking date including final numbers, activities and times. Please try and be accurate as we can only allow a reduction in price of up to 10% if guests fail to attend. (Excluding catering which is charged as per numbers confirmed)
Bookings need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled activity to arrange driver/activity briefing, general booking organization and indemnity agreements. Indemnity forms can be filled out upon arrival or you can save time by completing the form (sent via fax or post) prior to your visit and bringing it with you.
Payment is required prior to the first activity and can be made via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex or EFTPOS. (refer to confirmation notes) Cheques are not accepted.
Wherever possible, we would appreciate if all monies could be collected from guests prior to making payment, as splitting bills can be very time consuming.
Most bookings will have activity times on their confirmation sheet. If your booking has special needs, multiple activities running simultaneously, team building or is a large event, the booking coordinator will organise a complete running schedule which can be faxed through when final numbers have been confirmed.
Cancellations with minimum 14 days notice will incur a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will forfeit deposit.
FOR ALL BOOKINGS IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER - deposit is non-refundable.
Clothing - On Go Kart rides, open toe shoes and loose clothing are not permitted.
Indemnity forms and proof of age are required for all Go Kart rides except Rookie Karts.
Grand Prix Go Karts - Minimum age 18 years. (Minimum age 16 years with a learners permit)
Grand Prix Go Karts - rides run for 10 minutes plus approx 5 minutes for ride briefing etc.
Rookie Go Karts - rides run for 8 minutes plus approx 5 minutes for ride briefing etc.
Highway 6 Ten pin Bowling - We have 8 lanes, allow 10 minutes per person per game (maximum 4 people per lane)
Laserforce - missions are approximately 12 to 15 minutes which includes briefing and suit-up, de-briefing etc.
Mini Golf - is an 18 hole course, allow 25-30 minutes.
